One-pan chicken curry

Ingredients for 8 servings
• 1kg chicken
marinade for the chicken;
• 2 tbsp yoghurt
• garlic powder
• salt and pepper
• paprika powder
• olive oil

• 2 onions
• 2 zucchini’s
• 2 red peppers
• 2 yellow peppers
• 4 cloves of garlic
• 2 hands cherry tomatoes
• 4 tbsp tomato paste
• 500ml single cream
• Rice

Instructions
• Marinade the chicken with the listed ingredients above and fry in olive oil over medium heat. When the chicken is ready, remove from the pan and set aside.
• Add the onions and a little bit of butter and fry until your onions are golden.
• Add the zucchini’s, peppers and garlic and mix before adding some pepper, salt, garlic powder and paprika powder. Add your cherry tomatoes and let it cook for a few minutes before adding the tomato paste.
• Add the single cream and chicken and let this cook for about 5 minutes over low heat.
• Serve with rice and enjoy!
