Ingredients for 7-8 servings:
• 750g ground beef
• 500g pasta
• 3 onions, chopped
• 200 ml single cream
• 1200g tomato passata
• 25g tomato puree
• 1L hot vegetable stock
• 90g grated parmesan
• 2 tsp chili flakes
• 4 tsp italian seasoning
• Spinach to taste
Instructions:
• Bake your onions
• Add the beef and the spices and bake until brown
• Add the tomato passata, vegetable stock, tomato puree and pasta and let it simmer for about 8 minutes on medium heat
• Add the heavy cream and cheese and let it simmer for 2 more minutes before adding the spinach. Let the spinach sit for about 4 more minutes before serving!
