Ingredients
• 250g dates
• 125g butter
• 50g walnuts and/or pecans
• 1 tbsp honey
• 100g biscuits (sugar-free)
Instructions
• Start with adding your dates and walnuts/pecans to a food processor
• Chop your biscuits in small pieces
• Now melt the butter on low heat and keep stirring
• When the butter is melted, you can add the honey and dates walnuts/pecans
• Stir wel until everything is combined and keep heating it for 1 more minute
• Lastly add the biscuits and keep heating it for 1 more minute
• Add your mixture to a baking tin or any other rectangular dish
• Press firmly with the rounded side of a spoon before putting it in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours
