Ingredients:
• 1 big apple or 2 small ones
• 1 tbsp cinnamon
• 1 tbsp pumpkin space
• 1 tbsp honey
• 50 grams oats
• 100ml milk
* add more milk to make it thinner or more oats to make it thicker
* add more honey to make it sweeter.
Instructions:
• Dice the apples into small pieces and add them to a saucepan. You can leave the peel on if you prefer.
• Add the cinnamon, pumpkin spice, and honey before turning on the heat.
• Cook over high heat for about 2 minutes, then reduce the heat. Transfer a portion of the apple mixture to a separate plate to use as a topping.
• Now add the oats and milk.
• Stir well, and adjust the consistency by adding more milk if you want it thinner, or more oats if you want it thicker.
• Transfer the mixture to a bowl and add the apples you set aside earlier as a topping.
