Recipe name: Brownie tiramisu
Ingredients;

- 90g butter

- 180g dark chocolate

- 2 eggs

- 1 tsp vanilla extract

- 1/2 tsp vanilla powder

- 100g honey

- 1 shot espresso

- 30g spelt flour
- 90g almond flour
Espresso cream Ingredients:

- 200ml thickened cream
-
- 200g mascarpone
-
- 1 shot espresso
-
- optional: +- 1 tbsp honey.

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees
- Add the butter and chocolate to a small bowl and heat in the microwave until melted, stir
until combined. - Add the chocolate mix to a mixing bowl and stir in the eggs, vanille extract, vanilla powder,
espresso, honey and flours. - Mix this until combined and add to a parchment lined oven dish
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out almost clean
- While your brownie is baking, you can start making the espresso cream by adding the
thickened cream into a bowl - Beat this for 30 seconds before the mascarpone and continue mixing until peaks form
(careful not to overbeat!) - Fold in the espresso and optional the honey
- Top the brownies with espresso cream and let it cool off in the refrigerator
- Dust some cacao powder on top before serving and enjoy!
