Easy almond cookies

Ingredients:
• 112g almond flour
• 45g honey
• 30ml almond milk or any other plant based milk
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 1 tsp almond extract
• unsalted almonds (for topping)

Instructions:
• Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and line a oven dish with parchment paper
• In a bowl, add all the ingredients: almond flour, honey, milk, vanilla extract and almond extract
• Combine the ingredients with a rubber spatula until it forms into a cookie ball
• Roll a tablespoon of dough between your hands into a little ball and place on the parchment paper, repeat with the rest of the dough
• Use a spoon or your fingers to flatten your cookies
• Lastly, add a almond on top before baking the cookies for 10-12 minutes at 180 degrees
• Let the cookies cool off completely before eating
