Almond cake

Ingredients:
• 200 grams almond flour
• 190 grams all purpose flour
• 3 tsp baking powder
• 150 grams honey
• 250 grams milk (optional: dairy-free)
• 85 grams olive oil
• 2 tsp lemon juice
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 1 tsp almond extract
For topping: 45 grams sliced almonds

Instructions:
• Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and line a 20cm springform with parchment paper
• Add all the dry ingredients to a bowl and mix before adding the wet ingredients and mix until it’s combined
• Scoop the mixture into the springform and sprinkle the sliced almonds on top
• Place the cake into the oven and bake for 45-50 minutes.
• Let it cool off in the refrigerator
• Enjoy!
