Healthy apple pie

Ingredients:

• 5 small apples

• 2 apples for topping

• 175 grams honey

• 1 tbsp spoon cinnamon

• 1 tsp vanilla extract + 1 tsp vanilla powder + 1 tsp honey

• 3 eggs

• 200 grams crème fraiche

• 250 grams flower

• 1 tbsp baking powder

• Optional: almond paste for under apple toplayer

• mix 3 eggs, some honey and 120 grams almond flour.


Instructions:
Preheat the oven on 190 degrees. Cut the 5 apples into litte pieces and add in a bowl. Add 50 grams of honey, cinnamon and the vanille extraxt+vanilla powder+honey and set aside. Crack 3 eggs in a different bowl and add the rest of the honey (125 grams) and mix well untill it has a thick and smooth consistency. Add the crème fraiche and mix again. Add the flower and bakingpowder. If you want to add the almond spread: Scoop the dough into a baking tin and spread over the bottom. Add the apples on top. Scoop the almond spread you made on top of the apples and spread evenly. Add the 2 topping appels on top and sprinkle some cinnamon on top before you put it in the preheated oven for 60’. If you don’t want to add the almond spread, just keep 1 quarter of the dough to put on top of the apples.
